Dr. Ágnes Lucius, attorney at law is a committed colleague of the association. She received her law degree from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 2004. During her career as staff member of the national enforcement authority, she took part in the implementing of European Union state aid regulations, and has acquired considerable experience in the means of ensuring legal compliance with European Union state aid rules (tender drafting, budget preparation, feasibility studies etc.), and has obtained a post-graduate degree as legal expert in European law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law. She conducts her practice in Hungarian, English and German. Her main areas of expertise are public finance law and contract law.
